and coaches including: Canadian Olympic boxer, Martin Mezzera; Dr. Paul
McDonough, PhD., professor of Exercise Physiology at UTA; and martial arts
master, Dr. Nick Chamberlain. These experts h ave created CrossFight™, an
exclusive strength and conditioning program incorporating the most advanced
training practices from elite trainers around the world. These include
skills taken from such diverse areas as the martial arts, boxing,
progressive resistance training, yoga, plyometrics, and interval training.
The combination of these training systems with world class personalized
coaching and medical testing and oversight, makes
CrossFight™ a one-of-a-kind
experience!

Tuition:
The Strength and Conditioning component of
CrossFight™ is
$200/month.
The nutritional component (nutritional evaluation and
counseling, meal planning, nutritional supplements and
scientific meal replacement) and the Medical Oversight components (lab work
and physiological testing) are additional.

Coach Martin Mezzera
Two
time amateur
Canadian National Boxing Champion, and 3 time Provincial Champion, member of
the Canadian National Boxing Team for 4 years. Named to the 1978
commonwealth Games Boxing Team, won the 1978 New York
State Golden Glove
Championships. Represented Canada at the Pan Am Games in 1979. Silver
medalist at the Canadian Olympic trials for the 1980 Moscow Olympics.
(Canada boycotted the Olympics that year.) Trained under national level and
world class coaches, competed and trained with world ranked and world
champion athletes. Certified coach through The Canadian National Coaching
Certification Program, level 2 certified coach through USA Boxing, with a
long history of coaching beginner to national level athletes.

in
Sociology/criminology at the University of Toronto,
M.Sc.
in Educational Leadership. Peace Officer for 13 years, receiving
training in defensive and tactical techniques, and trained officers in
fitness conditioning. Presently teaches Physical Education for the Garland
ISD. Implemented a boxing program for the Garland Parks and Recreation
Department that was presented the 2007 Texas Recreation and Parks award for
Programming Excellence. Personal trainer in boxing, self defense, and
general health and fitness conditioning.
