CSSD Headquarters School
Hombu Dojo
A dojo is the school, the physical building in which instruction
takes place. We are particularly proud of our recently-renovated
headquarters/Hombu dojo, as we believe it is the best martial-arts training
facility in the entire Southwest.
Al Tracy, founder of the Tracy system of Kenpo, and with over 1000 karate
dojo's in his system, said after a visit in September of 2003, that ours "is
one of the best dojo's I have encountered outside of Japan." Prior to its
remodeling, this dojo was the primary training facility of former-champion
Vince Tamura's Judo and Jiu-Jitsu school. It has a long and fine tradition
of high-quality martial-arts training.
In designing this facility, safety was our primary concern. In addition to this, we provide:
