Lewisville Dojo - Kids and Adult Judo classes

A dojo is the school, the physical building in which instruction takes place.  The Lewisville dojo is housed within the Memorial Park Recreation Center, at 1950-B South Valley Parkway, Lewisville, TX.  Below the class schedule is a map showing the location, or you can go here for a map and driving directions.  Classes are scheduled to start in January of 2005, (Tuesday January 18th).

The Lewisville Judo curriculum incorporates the innovative character development program designed specifically for children involved in the martial arts, 3-Steps to a Great Kidsm.

This is a new, City of Lewisville Recreation Center and offers superb facilities, and a great training area.  We are fortunate to be able to offer a great program, with great facilities and experienced instructors.

Tuition:
You can mix and match classes during the week, for example you could take weekday classes at the recreation center dojo, and then join us at the headquarters school at Bachman Lake on Sundays!

SPONSORSHIP:

The Lewisville Judo program is a joint project sponsored by local businesses in the Lewisville area and by Chamberlain Studios of Self Defensesm.  The Judo mats have been purchased by local businesses and donated to the city of Lewisville to support this program.  Regular tuition for the Full Time program at 2 classes per week is $100 per month.  Each business involved with the program is able to elect a level of program sponsorship.  The levels are Gold Sponsorship-funding the student's tuition, Silver Sponsorship-donation of a Tatami training mat, or Bronze Sponsorship-displaying the program information at their place of business-.  The term of the sponsorship is for one year.  Below are the levels of corporate sponsorship:

  2. Embroidered patch depicting the sponsor's logo placed prominently on the students uniform.

  3. Sponsor's name and logo displayed prominently on all advertising and press releases designating the business as a gold level sponsor. 

  4. Business name and/or logo printed on a banner to be hung at the Lewisville recreation center and displayed during all business hours, classes, seminars, tournaments and special events. 

  5. Certificate of appreciation from the CSSD Judo program and updates on the student's progress and training.

Business donates money for the purchase of a Tatami style mat for the Judo program, which is then owned by the city of Lewisville.

DIRECT SPONSOR EXPOSURE

All businesses that sponsor a student into the Judo program will have their name or logo on a fabric patch and sewn onto your student's judo gi (jacket), for the duration of the sponsor period. 

This is in addition to the business name or logo being placed on all dojo publications for the next year.
