Biography - Danny Smith

Dan Smith is a retired executive from the high tech industry.   He assists with the kids classes during the week, and on Saturday.  He started training in Kenpo at Brookhaven College and has continued with it ever since.  He put in many hours of hard work during construction of the new dojo and received his Black Belt in the summer of 2003. 

He has traveled extensively in the Caribbean and Mexico, and helps the school plan all our outings and field trips.  He has his captain's license for sailing, and takes a boat out a couple times a year with small groups.  In addition he is a licensed realtor. 

He is also a gourmet cook, and you might want to try talking him out of a recipe or two, at least the one for his Caesar salad or Bananas Foster!
