Martial Arts in Dallas and the Surrounding Areas, Free Introductory Class

Chamberlain Studios of Self-Defense™ is the premier provider of martial arts instruction in the Dallas Metroplex. We offer
classes for men, women and children in Karate, Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo, Judo, and Self Defense. With ten locations in the Dallas Metroplex, we are in or close to Dallas, Farmers Branch, Coppell, Carrollton, Irving, Lewisville, Flower Mound, The Colony, Little Elm, Frisco and Plano. Our primary mission is to bring you the best that Martial Arts has to offer, featuring modern techniques combined with traditional training methods.

At Chamberlain Studios of Self Defense™ we want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy the martial arts and be exposed to the many benefits of regular training.  Learning the martial arts can be a significant commitment in both time and effort on everyone's part.  To help you make an informed decision while choosing a teaching staff and facility that is right for you, we offer a no obligation introductory lesson in any of our training programs.

 How do you get your free introductory class?

• Schedule the 30 minute class with one of our Black Belt instructors by calling: 214-351-5367.
• Wear loose fitting clothes that you can do some light exercise in.  If you've trained before bring your old uniform with you!
• Be ready to learn some common sense self-defense, and have a great time.
• Bring a friend or family member with you for even more fun!

After the class, meet some of the other students and instructors, and have any questions answered, even stay and watch a group class!  We hope that this will help you choose the best program around...we think you will agree, that it's ours!

We offer a family-oriented training center that provides a variety of programs for both children and adults.  Browse through our website and you should find answers to most of your questions.  Then join us for a free introductory group or private lesson, and find out what you've been missing!
